Presenting the ABL 2:1 or 1:1

MORIS HELLAS presents the completed design and construction of the ABL 2:1 or 1:1 galvanized suspension frame, which is manufactured and assembled in our own facilities.

In an effort to reduce the cost of a complete hydraulic set even further, while offering the best quality a galvanized frame can provide, we created our own suspension frame, which is now available EX STOCK for rated loads from 150 to 750 kg.

It suits distances between guide rails from 680 mm to 1170 mm, with a minimum height of 2800 mm and a minimum depth of 600 mm.

The ABL galvanized suspension frame includes a Teflon pulley, channel beams for the piston and its seating, a suspension (slack rope) contact and lower roller guides.

The innovation of the ABL galvanized suspension frame is that it is entirely bolted: there is no welding anywhere, which, together with the purpose-designed spacers, allows any deviations to be corrected during installation without delays.

Optionally, it is supplied with an elastic seating, rope cones and test cones.
